Sarah Grace set up Sarah Grace Mortgages Ltd in 2012 – having previously been self-employed for 8 years – as most self-employed do, Sarah decided her next challenge was to start her own business. Sarah has spent over 17 years working with Dentists’ and medical professionals, helping them onto the property ladder and helping them find their dream homes.
In November 2015, Jordan joined the team as an administrator. Jordan was made Sarah’s Assistant in 2017 and has been supporting Sarah since. She is also studying for her Mortgage qualification, wish her luck!!
In 2018 Sarah entered her first awards: ‘Woman of the Year – Mortgages at the Women in Financial Advice Awards which she won! Not wanting to stop there, she was also Highly Commended Woman of the Year Mortgage Advice in 2019!
In January 2020 Karen joined the team as a Mortgage Administrator, if you call the office you’re likely to get through to Karen! Karen is on hand to answer any questions throughout your application process and will chase the lender for regular updates for you, keeping you in the loop at every stage.
Since January 2020 we’ve been busy assisting clients to purchase their first properties, move homes, remortgage, purchase their first buy to let properties, increase their portfolio and so much more!
